Our platform—and its first application, the Amyfold assay—enables early, minimally invasive detection of ATTR-CM, up to 15–20 years earlier than current diagnostic tools, with a clear path to expand to other misfolding diseases. This earlier window enables intervention before irreversible organ damage, heart failure, or dementia occur—shifting care from reactive treatment to prevention. Clinicians can identify patients who would otherwise be missed until late-stage disease and reduce avoidable hospitalizations and downstream invasive procedures. For drug developers, the platform and the Amyfold assay expand the eligible patient pool, accelerates recruitment, and supports companion diagnostics
