Bobby Edelman is an active angel investor and advisor who has worked with over hundreds of early-stage companies—more than 80 of them paid clients in the past 16 months—across sectors including genomics, medtech, and health and wellness. He’s invested in 140+ startups directly, via equity crowdfunding platforms, and through funds like NuFund, Interlock Capital, and the San Diego Angel Conference. A former tech exec who helped scale a $200M business and contributed to the $800M sale of Marshall Electronics, Bobby specializes in helping founders raise capital, refine their pitch, and become investor-ready.

Anjan founded Raya Therapeutic in 2019. Raya is focused on developing multiple drugs to treat ALS and potentially other neurodegenerative diseases. Prior to Raya, Anjan worked at a variety of biotech's and pharma companies and is a venture partner at CTI Life Sciences Fund 2 (Canada). He has 25+ years of international experience across several functions including investor relations, corporate development, venture and angel financing, in & out-licensing, sales, marketing, & clinical trial management. He continues to provide strategic advice to various biotech companies. Based in the Princeton, New Jersey area, Anjan was also previously a member of a NYC based angel investment group called Mid Atlantic Bio Angels (MABA).

He received his BSc from Concordia University, MBA from Queen's University and MSc in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University. Anjan is a corporate fundraiser for Wings Over Wall Street, a NYC based ALS charity and is a member of the board of directors of the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) in the United States.

Meghan Edgar is an accomplished life sciences professional with 20 years of experience spanning discovery research, translational medicine, and clinical development. Previously, Meghan held leadership positions at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Rarebase, and Takeda Pharmaceuticals where she managed cross-functional teams developing novel therapeutic approaches focused on addressing significant unmet need for patients. Meghan is also a Limited Partner, managing a personal investment portfolio and a Diligence Analyst at Aquillius Ventures. Throughout her scientific career, Meghan has contributed to both discovery and clinical development of a variety of drug modalities across multiple disease areas including ultra rare, life-limiting pediatric diseases, as well as Gastroenterology, Immunology, and Neurology. Her expertise in clinical biomarkers and translational medicine has been instrumental in advancing therapeutic candidates from discovery through clinical proof-of-concept.

Dr. Anil Shetty is a physician-entrepreneur and medical innovator with over two decades of experience spanning clinical medicine, biomedical engineering, and medical device commercialization. He serves as Chief Medical Officer of Ferronova and Chief Innovation Officer at InformAI, where he has led AI-driven diagnostic tools through clinical trials and FDA submission. He was the founder of Laser Prostate Centers of America, one of the first centers globally to offer focal laser ablation for prostate cancer. A founding executive at Visualase (acquired by Medtronic), Dr. Shetty has contributed to FDA-cleared technologies across oncology and neurology. He advises early-stage ventures through Capital Factory, TMC Innovation, and the Houston Angel Network, where he will chair the Life Sciences Group.
